FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• STORAGE CONDITIONS

  • Needs to be kept chilled at all times;
  •  Up to 1 year in freezer (~ -18 degree celcius)
  •  Up to 1 month in refrigerator (~ 1-3 degree celcius)
  • Advisable to store most of your coconut water frozen, storage in refrigerator only meant for immediate consumption (within few days). 
  • Expiry date: between 2026-2027 (based on current stock as at 1 Jan 2026)

• DELIVERY

  • Delivery Days: Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, except Public Holidays.
  • Order before 6pm the day before Delivery Day in order for your order to be included in the upcoming Delivery Day. For example, for Monday delivery, please order by 6pm Sunday. 
  • Timing for delivery: 9am - 3pm
  • Coconut water is delivered frozen, and needs to be kept either frozen or refrigerated at all times.
  • Delivery fee is absorbed by CocoIsland for orders of 24 packs/20 Bottles and above. Otherwise, single location delivery fee of $13 applies. 100% of this fee goes to the driver. 
  • Splitting of single orders into multiple locations for delivery is not permitted. 

• SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

  • Minimum commitment of 3 orders required for subscription plans. 
  • Subscription date will fall on the same date every month; credit card will be automatically debited. For example, if you placed a subscription order on the 1st of March, your credit card will be automatically debited on 1st of each subsequent month.
  • Delivery will take place on the next available Monday/Wednesday/Friday except Public Holidays.

• What is the difference between Melty Coconut Water and Coco Island?

  • Both products are the same - the same luscious coconut water and velvety coconut flesh.
  • Formerly known as Melty, Coco Island contains the same coconut water we have grown to love, in a new packaging.
